Can I pick a paid plan now?
Not yet. Every new workspace starts on Public beta. The prices on this page are the planned list after January 1, 2027 — you cannot activate a band during the beta.
What if 25,000 reached people a month is not enough during the beta?
Email hello@audryo.com. We will look at your volume and make the current plan work while we are still in public beta.
Does Audryo charge per email?
No. Sends are unlimited. Your connected provider handles delivery and bills its own rates.
Are any features held back for higher plans?
The core platform is available across all bands. Paid plans add hosted Audryo AI and remove the small Powered by Audryo mark. Enterprise adds SSO, private infrastructure and an SLA.
What about AI usage?
Paid plans include a generous hosted AI allowance. Your own agent through MCP or CLI works on every plan.
Does testing count toward my plan?
No. New projects start in sandbox mode, where every email is captured in your Sandbox inbox instead of being sent. Sandbox work never counts.
What exactly counts?
A person counts once per calendar month when they get at least one email from you — a Campaign, a Journey email or a transactional email such as a password reset. More emails to them that month are free. Stored contacts, people waiting in a Journey, holdouts, and failed or suppressed sends never count.
Can I see what a campaign will cost before I send it?
Yes. Before a campaign goes out, Audryo shows how many recipients are already counted this month and how many the send adds. Settings → Plans shows this month's count split into Campaigns, Journeys and transactional email.
What if I have one busy month?
Nothing changes. Emails never stop because of your plan, and one month above it is fine. Only after two months in a row above your plan does the next plan apply — from the next billing period, announced at least 7 days ahead. Never retroactively, never mid-month.
Do you downgrade me automatically in a quiet month?
No. You pick your plan, and you can switch to a smaller one yourself at any time from the next billing period. That way your bill does not jump back and forth.

Audryo plans the journey. Your email provider delivers it. Every email goes through your connected sending account, rather than Audryo’s own mail servers — keeping your domain, provider relationship, and sending reputation with you.
